Key Responsibilities:
Process
?Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
?Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
?Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots in accordance with Organisation's governance and security standards.
?Maintain and monitor bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues.
?Document automation solutions and provide training/support to end-users and stakeholders.
?Ensure compliance with Organisation's data privacy, cybersecurity, and internal control policies.
?Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence.
?Apply and utilise systems in a manner that ensures efficient and effective service delivery, optimised quality, financial accuracy and calculation.
?Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business process solutions.
?Provide process solution support to institutionalise process initiatives.
?Draw on own technical or professional expertise, knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions to defined problems in practices.
?Recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementation of change and innovation.

About The Employer:

Qualifications and Experience:
?Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
?4 - 6 years' experience in software development, of which 3 years at a specialist level and at least 2 years in RPA development.
?Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
?Scripting languages: VBScript, JavaScript.
?.NET Framework.
?Microsoft Dataverse.
?Power Platform: Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents.
?Ability to design scalable automation solutions.
?Familiarity with AI/ML integration.
?Understanding of business analysis and process.
