Develop and maintain asset integrity and reliability strategies for static equipment and piping systems.
- Lead and support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs and integrity assessments.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify failure trends and root causes.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability and reduce risk.
- Support turnaround planning, inspection scope development, and post-shutdown evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with inspection teams to prioritize and schedule inspection activities.
- Maintain and update asset integrity databases and reliability models.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews for leadership.
- Promote a proactive safety and reliability culture across the organization.
