Position: People & Organisation (HR) Support Assistant
Reporting to: Head of People & Organisation
Purpose of the role: To provide support to the P&O Head on related activities
Requirements:
Post matric HR Qualification
Approximately 2 years HR experience
Computer literacy (Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage but not essential)

Summary of Duties:
- Facilitate the process of sourcing candidates for vacant positions.
- Update hirings status on recruitment tracking system (SAP)
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees
- Assist with the compilation of Work Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) of the company
- Assist with Employment Equity Committee activities
- Jnr PBP for interns, and smaller departments
- Coordinate employee benefits activities (pension fund, medical aid)
- Assist in employee wellness activities (ICAS)
- Provide general HR Support to local employees
- Process invoices on SAP system, load new vendors on WeBuy system
- Coordinate Digital Recruitment Days
- Coordinate P&O teambuilding activities
- Any other reasonable instruction that management may give.
