Responsibilities:
- Coordinate long-haul logistics operations efficiently and accurately
- Apply knowledge of imports, exports, FCL, LCL, and various container sizes
- Utilise Transnet Navis and the booking system to manage daily operations
- Track shipments and ensure real-time status updates
- Communicate professionally with clients and drivers via phone
- Prepare and submit detailed status reports
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of logistics and transport processes (imports/exports/FCL/LCL)
- Experience using Transnet Navis and booking systems (advantageous)
- Strong tracking and reporting skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work well under pressure
- Professional, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
