Our client is looking to employ Sales Representative New Business (EE) based in Cape Town Airport
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business growth in the distribution market and meet monthly/annual targets
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into sustainable billing clients
- Manage client relationships and oversee monthly billing/reporting
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends
- Assist with tender and proposal preparation/presentation
- Collaborate across departments to identify cross-silo solutions
- Mentor junior sales executives and maintain updated client files in CRM
- Ensure smooth communication of signed business and manage debtor days
- Deliver weekly sales analysis and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2-3 years' experience in new business sales within Transport/ Logistics / Courier industry background
- Valid Driver license and own transport
- Proven track record in prospecting and achieving sales targets
- Tender management and cross-silo solution selling experience
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of supply chains
