Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Theatre-related post-basic qualification (essential)
- Solid background in theatre nursing with adequate exposure to orthopaedic procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
- Working knowledge of labour legislation, financial processes, and supply-chain principles
- Understanding of private healthcare sector dynamics and operational challenges
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required
- Current SANC registration
