Requirements:
- Registered Professional Nurse with SANC
- Experience in private-sector clinical environments
- 1-2 years' leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification clinical exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and collaborative communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing clinical priorities
- Excellent planning, organisation, and follow-through abilities
- Customer-service-focused approach
