Our client is looking to employ a Finance Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Referral Commission - collecting and follow-up on outstanding commission payments.
- Processing client and supplier invoices - various travel arrangements
- Capturing of EFT payments / receipts into a Cashbook
- Banking - Loading of beneficiaries / payments
- Processing/receipting of credit card swipes / EFT deposits
- Assisting supplier /client reconciliations
- Issuing proof of payments
- General office admin /filing
- Handling of queries
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Matric with Accounting and Mathematics
- Completed /or partially completed Tertiary Accounting Qualification - NQF6 or higher
- Computer literate on Excel and Outlook
- Minimum of 6 months relevant Finance / Accounting experience is must!
