Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Nursing
- Post Basic Child Nursing Science or Post Basic ICU (with Paediatric experience)
- SANC registered
- Shift leading experience
- Minimum 5 years paediatric experienced
- The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
